  What Happens In Studio With Our Trainers?

The Pilates exercise technique is a set of principles, corrective exercises and specialized equipment which works the whole body in balance, coordinating the upper and lower musculature with the body's center. This dramatically improves your strength, flexibility, posture and coordination.

If you choose to work in private consultation at Bruno's studio, you will work with him using specialized Pilates equipment.

At your first session, he will ask for your general medical history, lifestyle and postural details. You will then learn and perform Pilates exercises designed to suit you individually, and as your body changes, exercises will be added or omitted to meet your personal goals and needs.

The Pilates exercise technique can be used for general fitness, cross training with other forms of sport or exercise and injury rehabilitation.

Bruno also offers classes in Pilates and Gyrokinesis mat-work exercises to twice a week at a separate studio.  These are on a drop-in basis; no need to sign up for extended series in order to take your first class!
